As in any typical Italian home, the kitchen is the heart of Villa Schiticchiu, where the aromas come from, where you taste, celebrate, toast and have pleasant conversations in harmony with your family, friends and guests.
The same name schiticchiu refers, in the Palermo dialect, to the picnic, or, as the poet Vincenzo Licata wrote, who built a poem in verse on the schiticchiu, to eat it in good company.
You will be the architects of the combination of flavors and smells, and at Villa Schiticchiu you can also learn the art of making preserves. How will your gastronomic day take place?
After enjoying our breakfast, we will join local producers, the market, fishmongers and butchers together to find the necessary ingredients. Once back in the Villa, we will start preparing the 4 dishes: appetizer, first course, second course and dessert.
To conclude, all together at the table to enjoy the lunch prepared by you together with the chef Romualdo.
