At VILLA SCHITICCHIU BB E HOME RESTAURANT, Aldo is a master in gastronomy. He will offer his guests a typical Sicilian menu respecting the season and the slow food philosophy. 
The chef gets seasonal ingredients: in winter you can eat tomato sauce if only you stock it up in summer, during its production.

HOW WILL TAKE YOUR DAY GOURMET?

So after enjoying our typical breakfast, we will decide together the menu of the day. Then we will find the local fruit and vegetables producers, we  will go to the fish and meat markets to get our ingredients; then we will return to the hotel to start cooking. You will join flavors and foods under Aldo’s supervision.
